Divine International, Bangalore. Is it a fake recruitment agency?

I got a job offer of a hotel in UK from Divine International, Bangalore. They have not provided any job offer letter but they said I have to pay 5000rs for the medical fees and report that to be verified by the embassy doctor and also the flight fare. I dont know whether to trust them or not.
I read mixed feedback in internet. lots of ppl are claiming it as fake while only one person claimed that he has got job with the assitance of Divine. Can anyone throw some lights? It would be very greatful.
